Mandated Health Screenings:

Parents/guardians may also opt their student out of BMI screening by submitting a written request.

Required 7th Grade Immunizations
All incoming 7th grade students are required to have two vaccinations:
- Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis)
- MCV (Meningococcal Vaccine)
Both vaccinations are required before a student can enter 7th grade.
Most students receive these vaccinations during their private physical examination. These vaccines will not be given during school physical examinations. Throughout the school year, parents/guardians will be notified if the school does not have documentation of their child's required immunizations.
Required immunizations can be obtained through your child's healthcare provider. Families may also contact their local Department of Health to determine whether they qualify to receive vaccinations through the health department.
