CISPA Site Coordinator – Bloomsburg Middle School
The Site Coordinator will implement the Communities in Schools (CIS) Integrated Student Supports (ISS) model within Bloomsburg Area Middle School. This includes overseeing the coordination and provision of services to students and families, as well as implementing programs and activities based on the specific needs of the assigned building. Under the supervision of the Director of Programs, the Site Coordinator serves as an effective conduit of information and direct services to help students reach their full potential. Specifically, Site Coordinators are responsible for: Conduct annual school and student needs assessment that includes measurable objectives and service-delivery strategy; Leverage community partnerships to broker additional support for the designated school building; Facilitate at least 4 school-wide programs according to identified school/community needs throughout the year; Facilitate targeted population focus groups; Provide Tier individualized case management to approximately 10% of the school population, with a maximum of 65 students; Serve as an ambassador of CISPA through regular communication with school district personnel, students, families, volunteers, and community partners. Support Staff Substitutes
Paraprofessionals ($14/hour), Secretaries ($12.50/hour), Food Service Aides ($12/hour), Custodial ($13.50/hour), and Health Aides ($17/hour for LPNs and $15/hour for CNAs).

Professional Substitutes - Without Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) has two programs to help non-certificated individuals become certified as professional day-to-day substitutes on a temporary (through the end of the current school year) basis. Individuals who have a bachelor's degree may complete the Guest Teacher Program, and individuals who are attending college to become educators may complete the Education Major Program.
