    Professional Substitutes - With Pennsylvania Teaching Certification

    Professional Substitutes - Without Pennsylvania Teaching Certification

    The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (CSIU) has two programs to help non-certificated individuals become certified as professional day-to-day substitutes on a temporary (through the end of the current school year) basis. Individuals who have a bachelor's degree may complete the Guest Teacher Program, and individuals who are attending college to become educators may complete the Education Major Program.  For information on these programs, please click here.

    Paraprofessionals ($14.00/hour), Secretaries ($12.50/hour), Food Service Aides ($12.00/hour), Custodial ($13.50/hour), and Health Aides ($17.00/hour for LPNs and $15.00/hour for CNAs)
